It depends on what you already have. If your hotel has smart thermostats, centralized HVAC systems, or connected locks, we leverage them. If something is missing, we recommend what to buy or provide it directly. The goal is to minimize initial investment.
It depends on the hotel size and existing infrastructure. For hotels that already have smart devices, connection can happen in days. If new hardware needs to be installed, the process can take 1 to 3 weeks.
We work with the most widely used PMS in the hotel industry. If you use a specific PMS, contact us and we'll confirm compatibility. PMS integration is what allows automations to respond to check-ins, checkouts, and reservation changes in real time.
In most cases, no. The devices we use are wireless and install without modifying existing infrastructure. If the hotel already has centralized systems, integration is done via software.
The model is a monthly subscription per device or room. No large upfront investments. The exact price depends on which solutions you need and your existing infrastructure. We'll detail it in the 30-minute call.
We continuously monitor all connected devices. If a sensor stops working or loses connection, we detect it automatically and notify you. Additionally, automations are designed with fallbacks so the hotel keeps operating normally.
