How long does installation take?+
The physical install can be done in less than a morning, no construction or special tools. Full activation is ready in 48-72h depending on the integration with your PMS and internal channels.
Are special tools needed?+
No. The package includes absolutely everything needed for installation. You don't even need a screwdriver.
Do I need technical knowledge?+
No. The hub plugs into a power outlet and connects via network cable to your rack switch or hotel router — like any device. The buttons stick to the door with adhesive. Anyone on your team can do it, no construction or special tools.
How do the devices work?+
The devices run on batteries and send data wirelessly to the hub connected to the router.
How long do the batteries last?+
Batteries last more than 18 months.
What happens if they press the button on a non-checkout day?+
We connect with your booking calendar so the button only works on checkout days. If pressed any other day, no message is sent.
